GeniusMesh was founded in 2017 out of MIT Sloan School of Management by Executive MBA alumna Neerja Bharti.
Having been in the seat of both hiring managers and EMBA job seekers, Neerja noticed a disconnect: EMBAs possess a unique depth and breadth of experience, but are rarely targeted by recruiters.
She saw the opportunity to build a bridge between executives, top business schools, and companies using technology to radically change the status quo in executive recruitment.
